Read The Fine Print

Lets just get this out there, customizing any measurement (sleeve length, shoulders, etc) of your blazer (beyond our suit sizes) will make your blazer un-returnable. We know how easy it is to make mistakes measuring, but we think we’ve got you covered in case that happens. We’ve prepared a system to ensure that your blazer, even if measured incorrectly, can still be altered on our dime.

Customize all you want, just be aware of this basic fact, and keep reading the fine print below.


Returning Your Wounded Monkey

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason your order has been delivered damaged or defected in any way, or does not reflect exactly what you ordered, you may exchange/return it for a full refund of the purchase price after we have verified the discrepancy.

All returned items must:

1. Be in new and unused condition.
2. Include the original packaging and proof of purchase that came with your order.
3. Be returned within ten (10) days after the delivery date of your order. Return claims received after the
ten (10) day validity period will not be processed and therefore are non-refundable.

To make a return, just follow these few simple steps:

Step 1:
Send us an email at returns@dressmonkey.com requesting an Order Return Form.

Step 2:
We will then promptly send you an electronic Order Return Form via email that must be filled out completely and returned to us.

Step 3:
Mail us the return item(s) in a self-addressed package to the address below along with the original packaging and proof of purchase that came with your order.

Step 4:
We will notify you via phone or email when we have received your return package, along with details of how and when your credit card will be credited.

Even Finer Print

Remember, we do not accept returns for clothing that was customized in their measurements. Only standard sizing purchases can be returned.

"New condition" means without tears, marks, nicks, blemishes, no sign of wear, no sizing, no alteration and all tags attached. If any of these items are missing, we will not be able to honor the return. Upon receipt and after inspection and approval of your return, we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. Please allow 30 days for our bank to refund your credit card.

When returning a product, please make sure it is safely packaged. We always recommend to the send the product insured and traceable.

Before parting ways with your personally designed blazer, consider your alternatives... If it’s the sizing you’re not satisfied about, we encourage you to take advantage of our special offer where we pay for the alterations cost of your order (a $25 value)!
