3) How long until I receive my order?
All custom orders take 4-6 weeks. We do, however, offer rush delivery service on a case-by-case basis, and if you need this blazer urgently (sometimes you just do), please write to Coley at coley@dressmonkey.com, and he’ll explain the process for you.
4) Is my credit card information and personal information safe?
Of course it is. All private information, including your credit card number, is encrypted for your security. Encryption is a process which scrambles information making it unreadable with out the proper codes to translate. We utilize state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer "SSL" 128-bit encryption to ensure the safety of your shopping experience. We also have a policy of prosecuting all internet fraud tothe fullest extent of the law, thereby deterring criminals from even thinking about attempting to steal and use credit card data online.
5) How do I create a DressMonkey.com personal account
Becoming a DressMonkey is bananas...er...cake. Either create one by clicking “Set Up A New Account” in the Customer Service section of this website, or create one during checkout. To create an account, we’ll need your email address and password, and any additional information that you would like to provide.
Once you have created an account, you can enter or edit your sizing information, shipping and billing information, and check up on any orders that we are making for you.
6) What are the benefits of having a personal account?
In addition to keeping all of your information in one secure and convenient place, you can save yourself some time on your next DressMonkey purchase, as we will already have everything we need (except your design preferences) to fulfill your order.
7) What are my payment options?
We accept the following US issued credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal through Express Checkout. Please note all our prices are in U.S. Dollars. We also allow our customers the flexibility to pay with a credit card offline. We can take orders by phone or mail.
8) How do I change or cancel my order?
You can only cancel an order within 24 hours of inputting it. Please email us at orders@dressmonkey.com with a detailed summary of the change you’d like to make. Please be sure to have your order number handy.
24 hours might seem like a short window of opportunity to change or cancel an order, but when we receive an order, we immediately send it to our factory, where our tailors will have already begun cutting and crafting your order.
9) Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with your payment details from us once your order has been processed. You will be given a receipt number used to receive customer service support from us. It is important that you keep the contents of this email in a safe place that is easily accessible.
10) What’s the deal with shipping and handling?
We charge our customers a $15 fixed S&H fee for all shipments. We ship all of our orders using UPS Ground.
11) Do you ship internationally?
Not yet.
But we recognize the need for people’s personal style to shine not just in the US but everywhere around the world, and on that note, are working like cogs in a great machine to spread our monkey love to the people and places in this world that need it most.
12) What are Lux and Traditional Designs?
We know that sometimes it may be daunting to design a whole blazer from scratch, so we have provided some designs for each fabric that our lead designer, Adam Williams, has made to help you out. Each fabric has two designs, Lux and Traditional. Picking a Traditional blazer might be a good idea if you are looking for a classic and simple design, perfect for those who are looking to have a blazer which can be worn in any setting. Choose Lux if you are looking to stand out a bit (in a good way, we promise). Lux designs incorporate some of the more modern and trendy designs, which we tweak to perfection into a solid, smart blazer for each fabric.
